Stage Management

Stage Management is where I found my place in theatre. My passion for stage management and the excitement it brought me while making theatre made me realize that this is what I want to spend my life doing.

Below is a small collection of sample work from my past stage management roles.

Daily Call

Attached in the button below is an example of the daily calls from Once, the musical that I stage managed at Loyola University Chicago.

Transition Maps

Two of the three plays in Student Play Fest had many transitions done by the cast, and were sometimes a bit confusing because some scenes were similar with a small alteration in the set up. To help alleviate confusion, I created transition maps that were posted on both sides of the stage to help guide the cast during tech and performance. Below are the scanned documents of the maps for both plays.

Tape Out Points

This is the list of points I gathered for the set tape out of Somewhere. These points helped us work faster during tape out so we didn't have to measure out each point on the day, especially since we had to also tape out the theatre space again.
The attached document is a digitized version of the pictured pages.

Preset List

I created this document for Polaroid Stories to keep track of all of the presets that needed to be set at the top of each act. This was helpful to have photos to refer to, in order to double check that the set dressing was still correct and to make sure that all of the presets were set.
